First and most important: Angel's Trumpet is genuinely poisonous and isn't something you should ever take, on its own or with any medicine. I'm only explaining the overlap here so you understand why combining them is a bad idea.

Here's the issue. Propantheline is already an anticholinergic, meaning it works by blocking acetylcholine to calm stomach and intestinal activity. Angel's Trumpet contains atropine and scopolamine, which block that same system. Stacking two together can pile on the side effects you'd expect more of from Propantheline: dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heart, and confusion. This concern is based on how the chemicals behave (theoretical), but the risk from the plant itself is very real. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything with Propantheline.
