Sonidegib Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Ayahuasca interacts with.

Theoretically, ayahuasca might increase plasma concentrations of CYP3A4 substrates.
Ayahuasca contains beta-carboline alkaloids. In vitro research suggests that beta-carboline alkaloids competitively inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Odomzo (sonidegib): your liver clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Ayahuasca contains beta-carboline compounds that, in lab studies, can slow that same enzyme down. If that slowdown happened in a person, less sonidegib would get broken down, so more could build up in your blood and push its side effects higher. Think more muscle aches, muscle spasms, fatigue, nausea, hair changes, or muscle-related lab problems.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube data, and has not been shown in real people. Still, sonidegib is a serious cancer drug, so please loop in your oncologist or pharmacist before mixing anything new with it.
