Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Baikal Skullcap interacts with.

Theoretically, Baikal skullcap might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
Preliminary clinical research suggests that taking capsules containing a combination of astragalus, goldthread, and Baikal skullcap daily for 4 weeks inhibits platelet aggregation; the effect seems to be similar to that of aspirin 50 mg daily. It is unclear if this effect is due to Baikal skullcap, other ingredients, or the combination.

Here's the thing about cangrelor (Kengreal): it's a strong IV blood thinner that stops your platelets from clumping, given in the hospital right around a heart procedure like a stent placement. Baikal skullcap may have its own mild platelet-slowing activity, so stacking the two could, in theory, add up to a higher bleeding risk, things like bruising more easily, bleeding gums, or oozing at puncture sites.

I want to be honest about the evidence though. This concern comes mostly from lab work and one small study using skullcap mixed with other herbs, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Since cangrelor is only used under close hospital monitoring, your care team controls the bleeding risk. Still, tell your doctor or pharmacist about any skullcap you take so nothing gets missed.
