Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Bendamustine
Bendamustine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Baikal Skullcap interacts with.
In vitro evidence suggests that constituents of Baikal skullcap inhibit the activity of CYP1A2. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with bendamustine. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP1A2 as one route to help break this chemo drug down. Lab studies suggest compounds in Baikal skullcap (like baicalin and baicalein) may slow that enzyme. In theory, that could let bendamustine build up a bit higher than expected, which might mean stronger effects such as more nausea, fatigue, or a sharper drop in your white blood cell counts (raising infection risk).
I want to be honest about the evidence: this is based only on test-tube work and has not been seen in real people. Still, with a cancer drug, it's not worth guessing. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Run it by your oncology team or pharmacist first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Bendamustine page
“Bendamustine (Treanda, Belrapzo, Vivimusta) is IV chemotherapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia and certain lymphomas, and the liver clears it through an enzyme called CYP1A2. That enzyme is why nearly all 87 supplements on this page appear here, since about 80 of them can push CYP1A2 up or down, which could either raise side effects o…”

About Bendamustine Injection
What Is Bendamustine Injection Used For?
Brand names: Treanda, Belrapzo, Vivimusta
Bendamustine hydrochloride injection is used to treat adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is also used for adults with indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) — a slow-growing type of blood cancer — when the disease has continued to progress during or within six months of treatment with rituximab or a rituximab-containing regimen.
