Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA strongly inhibits CYP2D6.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo product: the codeine piece is a prodrug. Your body has to use an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn codeine into morphine, which is what actually relieves pain. Lab studies suggest BMPEA blocks that very enzyme. So in theory, if you take BMPEA, you may convert less codeine into morphine, meaning you could get weaker pain relief from this medicine.

I want to be honest that this is theoretical, based on test-tube data, not real people, so it's hard to say how much it would matter day to day. The bigger concern for me is BMPEA itself, a hidden amphetamine-like stimulant that can raise heart rate and blood pressure. I'd skip it and check with your pharmacist first.
