Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Methocarbamol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Borage interacts with.

Theoretically, borage seed oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In healthy individuals, borage seed oil supplementation does not seem to affect platelet aggregation. However, gamma-linolenic acid, a constituent of borage seed oil, seems to decrease platelet aggregation by 45% and increase the risk of bleeding by 40% in animal and clinical research.

This combination product (Robaxisal C) contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a little by making your platelets less sticky. Borage seed oil's main ingredient, GLA, may nudge things in the same direction. Stacking the two could add up and raise your chances of bruising easily, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding.

To be fair, the evidence here is on the softer side and partly comes from animal and small clinical studies, so this is more of a theoretical concern than a sure thing. Still, watch for unusual bruising, dark or bloody stools, or bleeding that won't stop. Before adding borage, please check with your pharmacist or doctor, and choose a 'PA-free' product to protect your liver.
