Aspirin, Oxycodone falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Borage interacts with.

Theoretically, borage seed oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In healthy individuals, borage seed oil supplementation does not seem to affect platelet aggregation. However, gamma-linolenic acid, a constituent of borage seed oil, seems to decrease platelet aggregation by 45% and increase the risk of bleeding by 40% in animal and clinical research.

Here's the thing to keep an eye on with this combo. Percodan contains aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by making your platelets less sticky. The GLA in borage seed oil may nudge platelets in that same direction. Stack the two together and you could, in theory, bruise more easily or bleed a little longer than usual (think nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that's slow to stop). The oxycodone part isn't really the concern here, it's the aspirin.

To be fair, the evidence is on the weaker side and this mostly comes from animal and small clinical studies, so it's a maybe, not a sure thing. Still, before adding borage, run it past your pharmacist or doctor, and choose a PA-free product to protect your liver.
