Amphotericin, Tetracycline falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Camphor interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of camphor with other hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage.
There have been a few case reports of transient elevations in liver enzymes in adults after oral or topical use of camphor. There has also been one case of hepatotoxicity in an infant after topical camphor use.

Here's the simple version. Both camphor and this combination product (which pairs amphotericin with tetracycline) can be hard on the liver. The worry is that using them together might add up and raise the chance of liver stress. To be clear, this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances behave, not something proven to happen often. There have only been a handful of cases of camphor nudging liver enzymes up, and the medicines themselves carry their own liver cautions.

What this looks like in real life would be signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, or pain in the upper right belly. Camphor is meant for the skin only and should never be swallowed. If you're using a camphor rub while on this medicine, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.
