Finasteride, Tadalafil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabidiol (cbd) interacts with.

Cannabidiol may increase levels of drugs that are metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro and animal research shows that cannabidiol inhibits CYP3A4. In human studies and case reports, cannabidiol has been associated with an increase in plasma levels of the CYP3A4 substrates zonisamide, tacrolimus, everolimus, citalopram, midazolam, and methadone.

Entadfi combines two medicines: tadalafil (for prostate symptoms) and finasteride. Tadalafil is the one to watch here. Your liver clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4, and CBD can slow that enzyme down. When tadalafil is broken down more slowly, more of it can build up in your blood.

In real terms, that could mean stronger tadalafil side effects: headache, flushing, a stuffy nose, indigestion, back pain, or feeling lightheaded or dizzy, especially when you stand up. Neither of these is a prodrug, so the direction is simply higher levels and more effect. This isn't a reason to panic, but please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing CBD with Entadfi so they can guide the right dose for you.
