Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS
Why this applies to Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd
Lonapegsomatropin-Tcgd falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS — the group Cannabidiol (cbd) interacts with.
Cannabidiol is a substrate of CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, drugs that induce CYP3A4 enzymes might reduce the levels and effects of cannabidiol.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the interesting twist with this pair: it's actually the CBD that may be affected, not your child's growth hormone. Skytrofa (lonapegsomatropin) is a lab-made version of human growth hormone, given as an injection. It isn't broken down by the liver's CYP3A4 enzyme like many pills are, so CBD isn't expected to change how well the growth hormone works.
The note on file goes the other direction. Growth hormone can mildly speed up that CYP3A4 enzyme, which might lower CBD levels and make the CBD feel weaker. Keep in mind this is purely theoretical, based on how the body works on paper, not on real patient reports. Still, since this involves a child, please run any CBD product by your pediatrician or pharmacist first.

“Skytrofa (lonapegsomatropin) is a once-weekly growth hormone injection for children who don't make enough of their own, and its interaction list is manageable rather than alarming. All 20 entries sit at moderate, with none rated major, and almost every one traces back to the same mechanism, growth hormone's ability to speed up a liver…”
