Iloprost falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Cannabigerol (cbg) interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cannabigerol with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that an intraperitoneal injection of cannabigerol lowers blood pressure. The mechanism of action may be related to alpha-2-adrenoreceptor activity. The effect of oral intake of cannabigerol is unclear and this has not been shown in humans.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with iloprost (Ventavis): it's a vasodilator, meaning its whole job is to relax and widen your blood vessels. CBG may have its own mild blood-pressure-lowering effect, so stacking the two could, in theory, push your pressure down a little too far. With iloprost, that might show up as dizziness, lightheadedness, flushing, a faster heartbeat, or feeling faint when you stand up.

I want to be honest about how shaky this evidence is. The blood-pressure drop from CBG was only seen in animal studies using injections, not from people taking it by mouth, so we genuinely don't know if it matters in humans. Still, since iloprost already affects blood pressure, it's worth running CBG past your pharmacist or doctor before you try it.
