Theoretically, taking cannabigerol with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that an intraperitoneal injection of cannabigerol lowers blood pressure. The mechanism of action may be related to alpha-2-adrenoreceptor activity. The effect of oral intake of cannabigerol is unclear and this has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist for indapamide: it's a water pill that lowers blood pressure by helping your body clear extra salt and fluid. CBG, in early animal studies, also nudged blood pressure downward (possibly through alpha-2 receptors). Stack the two together and the worry is that your pressure could dip a little too low.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes from lab and animal work using injected CBG, not oral capsules in people, so it's mostly theoretical. Still, it's worth knowing the signs of pressure dropping too far: feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or faint when you stand up. If you're thinking about adding CBG, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, especially when you're just starting out.

What Is Indapamide Used For?

Brand names: Lozol, Lozide

Indapamide tablets are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), either on their own or together with other blood pressure medications. Lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of related complications.

Indapamide tablets are also used to treat salt and fluid retention (edema) associated with congestive heart failure. In certain cases, indapamide may also be appropriate during pregnancy when swelling is caused by a medical condition rather than normal pregnancy changes — but routine use in otherwise healthy pregnant women is not recommended.
