Pindolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Cannabigerol (cbg) interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cannabigerol with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that an intraperitoneal injection of cannabigerol lowers blood pressure. The mechanism of action may be related to alpha-2-adrenoreceptor activity. The effect of oral intake of cannabigerol is unclear and this has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist if you're pairing CBG with pindolol (Visken). Pindolol is a beta blocker that already lowers your blood pressure and slows your heart rate. The concern is simply additive: animal studies suggest CBG can nudge blood pressure down too, so stacking the two might push your pressure lower than intended. Watch for dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, unusual tiredness, or a feeling that your heart is going slowly.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. The blood-pressure effect came from injections in animals, not from people taking CBG by mouth, so in real life this may not amount to much. Still, since you're treating high blood pressure, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding CBG, and keeping an eye on your home readings.
