Bendroflumethiazide falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Cannabigerol (cbg) interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cannabigerol with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that an intraperitoneal injection of cannabigerol lowers blood pressure. The mechanism of action may be related to alpha-2-adrenoreceptor activity. The effect of oral intake of cannabigerol is unclear and this has not been shown in humans.

Bendroflumethiazide is a thiazide-type water pill that lowers blood pressure partly by helping you shed extra fluid and salt. Here's the thing to keep in mind: CBG may, in theory, nudge your blood pressure down too. Stack that on top of a medicine already working to lower it, and the worry is that the two could add up.

I want to be honest about how thin the evidence is. This idea comes from animal studies using injected CBG, not from people taking it by mouth, so we really don't know if it pans out in humans. Still, if you do try CBG, just be alert for signs your pressure dropped too far: lightheadedness, dizziness when standing, or feeling faint. Please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them so they can keep an eye on you.
