Phenobarbital, Sodium Nitrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2B6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2B6 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your phenobarbital: the body uses an enzyme called CYP2B6 to help clear it out. In lab dishes, CBN strongly blocks that enzyme. If that same effect happened in people, phenobarbital could clear more slowly and build up in your system, leading to stronger sedation, dizziness, slurred speech, confusion, or trouble breathing. Phenobarbital is already a potent sedative, so I take any extra drowsiness seriously.

That said, this is a theoretical concern. It's only been seen in test-tube research and has never actually been reported in real patients. Still, I'd loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining the two, since phenobarbital leaves little room for error.
