Theoretically, combining these casein peptides with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical research shows that some casein peptides, including the lactotripeptides isoleucine-proline-proline (IPP) and valine-proline-proline (VPP), can modestly reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Here's the simple version: hydralazine relaxes your blood vessels to bring your blood pressure down. Casein peptides, especially the lactotripeptides studied in trials, may nudge blood pressure down a little on their own, possibly by gently blocking the same ACE enzyme some blood pressure drugs target. So when you stack them, the two effects can add up.

What that might feel like is your blood pressure dipping a bit too low, leading to dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand, headache, or a faster heartbeat (effects hydralazine can already cause). The blood-pressure-lowering from these peptides is usually modest, and the evidence behind it is fairly limited, so this isn't a reason to panic. Still, before adding a casein peptide supplement, check in with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your readings.
