Tramadol, Acetaminophen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Chrysin interacts with.

Theoretically, chrysin might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
In vitro research suggests that chrysin inhibits CYP1A2 isozymes. However, chrysin does not appear to inhibit CYP1A2-dependent caffeine metabolism in animals. Due to chrysin's low bioavailability and rapid metabolism to glucuronide and sulfate conjugates, this interaction is unlikely.

Here's the gist for your Tramacet (tramadol plus acetaminophen): in test-tube studies, chrysin can gently block a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. The theory is that this could let drugs handled by that enzyme build up a bit. With this combo, that might in theory nudge tramadol levels slightly higher, which could mean more drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, or constipation.

Honestly though, I wouldn't lose sleep over this one. The evidence is only lab-based, and your body absorbs very little chrysin and clears it fast, so a real-world effect is unlikely. Tramadol mainly leans on different enzymes (CYP2D6 and CYP3A4) anyway. Still, since tramadol affects the brain, it's worth a quick word with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Theoretically, chrysin might increase the clearance of drugs that are UGT1A1 substrates, thereby reducing their effectiveness.
In vitro research suggests that chrysin might induce UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A1 (UGT1A1).

Here's the gist with Tracmacet (tramadol plus acetaminophen) and chrysin. Chrysin has been shown, in test-tube studies only, to possibly speed up an enzyme called UGT1A1 that helps the body clear certain drugs through a process called glucuronidation. Acetaminophen is partly cleared this way, so in theory chrysin could clear it a little faster and make it slightly less effective for pain or fever relief.

The good news: this is theoretical and rated as minor and unlikely. It comes only from lab data, not from people, and chrysin is barely absorbed when swallowed, so a real-world effect is doubtful. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but it never hurts to mention any supplement to your pharmacist or doctor.
