Interferon Alfacon-1 falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Cilantro interacts with.

Evidence from in vitro research suggests that coriandrin, a constituent of cilantro, has photosensitizing effects. Theoretically, concomitant use with photosensitizing drugs might increase photosensitivity. Some drugs that cause photosensitivity include amitriptyline (Elavil), quinolones (Ciprofloxacin, others), sulfa drugs (Septra, Bactrim, others), and tetracycline.

Here's the gist of this one. A plant compound in cilantro called coriandrin may make your skin a little more sensitive to sunlight. Interferon Alfacon-1 (Infergen) can also do that on its own, so the worry is that the two together might raise your odds of a quick sunburn or a rash on areas the sun hits.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It's theoretical, based on lab observations, not real reports of people running into trouble. Eating cilantro as a food is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated cilantro supplements or essential oil are the bigger question mark. Either way, just use good sun habits (sunscreen, a hat) and check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting a cilantro supplement.
