Celecoxib, Tramadol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Cinchona interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cinchona might inhibit cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) and increase levels of drugs metabolized by this enzyme.
Quinidine, a constituent of cinchona, inhibits CYP2D6-mediated metabolism in humans.

This combination pill (Seglentis) pairs celecoxib with tramadol. The part to pay attention to here is the tramadol. Tramadol is a prodrug, which means your body has to switch it on using an enzyme called CYP2D6 to create the stronger pain-relieving form. Cinchona bark contains quinidine, which can block that very enzyme.

So in theory, adding cinchona could leave you with less active pain relief from the tramadol, while the parent drug builds up and may raise the chance of side effects like nausea, dizziness, or constipation. Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based on pharmacology, not proven in studies. Cinchona bark itself can be risky, so please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
