Here's the gist for your Konvomep (that's omeprazole paired with sodium bicarbonate). This product works by quieting down the acid pumps in your stomach to ease things like heartburn and reflux. The concern with cinchona is mostly on paper. Some early research hints that cinchona may nudge your stomach's acid levels in a way that could slightly work against what your PPI is trying to do, possibly making it a touch less effective.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It's anecdotal and theoretical, rated as a minor, possible interaction, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger issue is that cinchona bark itself can be risky for your heart and blood. Before using it, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
