Renese R is a combination blood pressure pill. The polythiazide part is a water pill (diuretic), and reserpine works by calming overactive nerve signals that tighten your blood vessels. Both lower your blood pressure. Coconut water, on its own, may also gently nudge blood pressure down a bit, so the worry here is simply that the two together could add up and push your pressure too low.

Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based on how things work, not strong proof. Still, if you drink coconut water often, watch for signs of low pressure like dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand, or feeling unusually tired. One thing worth a quick chat with your pharmacist: coconut water is high in potassium, and that's a real consideration to confirm is safe with your kidneys.
