Here's the simple version: Jentadueto already does the heavy lifting of lowering your blood sugar, thanks to its two ingredients, metformin and linagliptin. Corn silk may have a mild blood sugar lowering effect of its own, so stacking the two together could, in theory, push your numbers a little too low.

I want to be honest about how strong this concern really is. The evidence here comes mostly from diabetic mice, not people, so it's a theoretical caution rather than a proven problem. Still, if you do use corn silk, keep an eye out for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling suddenly hungry or confused. Check your levels a bit more often at first, and loop in your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
