Chlormezanone falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First and most important: Datura wrightii is genuinely poisonous, and we strongly recommend against using it at all. Even small amounts can cause severe poisoning. So this isn't really about fine-tuning a dose, it's about avoiding a dangerous plant.

Here's the overlap I'd worry about. Chlormezanone (Trancopal) is a muscle relaxant and mild sedative that already tends to cause drowsiness and dry mouth on its own. Datura's tropane alkaloids (atropine, scopolamine) block acetylcholine, which adds anticholinergic effects on top. Together you could see worse dry mouth, blurry vision, a racing heart, urinary trouble, constipation, plus confusion or even hallucinations from the datura itself. This concern is based on pharmacology rather than firm studies, but the safest move is clear: skip the datura and check with your pharmacist or doctor.
