Atropine Sulfate falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

Here's the simple version: atropine sulfate is itself a strong anticholinergic medicine, and Datura wrightii is loaded with the very same kind of compounds, including its own atropine and scopolamine. So combining them is essentially stacking two anticholinergic effects on top of each other. The risk is more of the same, just amplified. You could see a racing heart, very dry mouth, blurred vision, trouble urinating, flushed skin, overheating because you can't sweat, and in higher amounts confusion or hallucinations.

This concern is based on how these compounds work rather than formal studies, but Datura is genuinely poisonous and I'd never recommend using it. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything with your atropine.
