Glycopyrrolate falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

Here's the simple version: glycopyrrolate is itself an anticholinergic, which means it already works by blocking acetylcholine to dry up saliva and calm stomach acid. Datura wrightii contains its own anticholinergic compounds (atropine and scopolamine). Put the two together and you're essentially stacking the same kind of effect on top of each other.

That can push things too far, leading to a very dry mouth, blurry vision, a racing heart, constipation, trouble urinating, and even confusion or hallucinations. I want to be honest that this concern is based on how these compounds work rather than formal studies, but Datura is genuinely poisonous and I'd urge you not to use it at all. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your glycopyrrolate.

Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) cloth is used to treat primary axillary hyperhidrosis — a condition where the underarms sweat excessively without a clear medical cause. It is approved for adults and children as young as 9 years old.

Qbrexza is applied directly to the underarm skin and is not approved for sweating on other parts of the body.
