Let me start with the most important thing: Datura wrightii is a poisonous plant, not a safe supplement, and I'd urge you to stay away from it entirely. But to answer your specific question, Enflurane (Ethrane) is an inhaled general anesthetic given during surgery. One of its known effects is slowing your breathing, which the anesthesia team watches very carefully.

The concern here is that Datura can also depress breathing through its tropane alkaloids. Putting the two together could mean an additive slowing of breathing, which in a surgical setting could be dangerous. To be fair, this is based only on anecdotal reports, so it isn't strongly proven. Still, please tell your surgeon, anesthesiologist, and pharmacist about anything you've taken.
