Promazine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First things first: I'd steer you away from Datura wrightii altogether. It's a genuinely poisonous plant, and the risk here isn't subtle. But here's how it would clash with your Promazine (Sparine). Promazine is an older antipsychotic in the phenothiazine family, and one of its built-in traits is that it already has its own anticholinergic, or drying, activity. Datura is loaded with atropine and scopolamine, which do the very same thing.

Stack them together and those effects pile up. You could see a dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heartbeat, and in worse cases confusion or hallucinations. This concern is based on how the two work in theory rather than hard studies, but it makes pharmacologic sense. Please don't combine them, and loop in your pharmacist or doctor.
