Perindopril Arginine, Amlodipine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Dhea interacts with.

Theoretically, DHEA might increase the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some preliminary evidence shows that DHEA may inhibit CYP3A4; however, the clinical significance of this potential interaction is not known.

Prestalia combines two blood pressure medicines. The amlodipine half is processed by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. There's some early, lab-based hint that DHEA might slow that enzyme down. If that happened, amlodipine could build up a little, which in theory might lead to lower blood pressure or more of its usual side effects like ankle swelling, dizziness, flushing, or a faster heartbeat. The perindopril part isn't really affected by this pathway.

I want to be honest with you here: this is theoretical and based only on weak, anecdotal evidence, so we don't know if it actually matters in real life. Since DHEA is a hormone that can affect the body in other ways too, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
