Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Esomeprazole, Naproxen
Esomeprazole, Naproxen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Lion's Mane Mushroom interacts with.
In vitro research suggests that lion's mane mushroom extracts can inhibit platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Vimovo combines naproxen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, with esomeprazole, a stomach acid blocker added to protect your gut. Here's the thing worth knowing: naproxen by itself already nudges up your bleeding risk a little, because it can affect platelets (the cells that help your blood clot) and can irritate your stomach lining. The esomeprazole is in there partly to lower that stomach risk.
Lion's mane enters the picture because lab studies (just test-tube work, not people) hint it might also make platelets a touch less sticky. Stacked on top of naproxen, the theoretical worry is slightly more bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding. This is unproven and likely minor for most folks, but since it's a real concern, please mention to your pharmacist or doctor that you'd like to add lion's mane before you start.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Esomeprazole, Naproxen page
“Bleeding risk is the thread running through nearly this whole page. Vimovo pairs naproxen, an anti-inflammatory that already makes stomach bleeding more likely, with esomeprazole on board to shield the gut, and most of the supplements flagged here could push that bleeding risk higher still.”
