Letybo is a botulinum toxin injection that works by blocking the nerve signals that make muscles contract. That is why it smooths wrinkles or relaxes overactive muscles. Lithium can also interfere with how nerves talk to muscles, so the concern here is that combining the two might deepen or lengthen that muscle-relaxing effect.

In plain terms, you could see more weakness than expected near the injection site, or effects that linger longer, like drooping or trouble with fine movements. I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical worry based on how these drugs act, not something well documented. It is also unclear whether the tiny amounts in lithium supplements matter at all. Still, please mention any lithium product to your injector or pharmacist first.
