Edarbyclor combines two blood pressure lowering medicines: azilsartan (which relaxes your blood vessels) and chlorthalidone (a water pill that helps your body shed extra fluid and salt). Here's the thing about noni: some early human research hints that drinking noni juice may modestly lower blood pressure on its own. So if you pair it with this medication, the two could add up and push your numbers down a little more than expected.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unusually tired, especially when standing up quickly. To be clear, this is based on limited, anecdotal evidence, not strong proof. Moderate juice probably isn't a big deal for most people, but if you'd like to try noni, check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your blood pressure.

Azilsartan, Chlorthalidone also falls under ANGIOTENSIN RECEPTOR BLOCKERS (ARBs).

Theoretically, combining noni and ARBs might increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
Noni juice contains significant amounts of potassium, about 6 mEq/100 mL juice. This may increase the risk for hyperkalemia when used in conjunction with ARBs, which can also increase potassium levels.

Here's the thing about Edarbyclor: the azilsartan half (an ARB) can nudge your potassium levels upward on its own. Noni juice happens to be fairly rich in potassium, roughly 6 mEq per 100 mL. So if you're drinking it regularly while taking this blood pressure pill, you could potentially stack potassium on top of potassium, raising the risk of hyperkalemia. Too much potassium can cause muscle weakness, tingling, an irregular or slow heartbeat, and in serious cases heart rhythm problems.

Now, this is mostly a theoretical concern based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, and the chlorthalidone component actually tends to lower potassium, so the two may partly offset. An occasional glass likely won't matter much. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using noni regularly, especially since they can run a quick potassium test.
