Here's the gist: Teczem already combines two blood pressure lowering medicines, diltiazem (a calcium channel blocker) and enalapril (an ACE inhibitor). Some early research hints that noni juice may nudge blood pressure down on its own. So the worry is simply additive, two things pulling in the same direction. Stacking noni on top of a medicine that's already lowering your pressure could push it a little too low.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or off-balance, especially when standing up quickly. To be fair, this is based on weak, anecdotal evidence, not strong studies, so it's more of a be aware than an alarm. An occasional serving of noni is unlikely to cause trouble, but please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using it regularly.

Theoretically, combining noni and ACE inhibitors might increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
Noni juice contains significant amounts of potassium, about 6 mEq/100 mL juice. This may increase the risk for hyperkalemia when used in conjunction with ACE inhibitors, which can also increase potassium levels.

Here is the thing to watch with this combo pill. Teczem contains enalapril, an ACE inhibitor, and these medicines tend to nudge your potassium levels upward. Noni juice happens to be fairly rich in potassium too, roughly 6 mEq per 100 mL. So the worry is simple math: two things both raising potassium could push it too high, a problem called hyperkalemia.

If potassium climbs too far, you might feel muscle weakness, tiredness, or an irregular heartbeat. To be fair, this is mostly a theoretical concern based on weak, anecdotal evidence, and an occasional small glass is unlikely to cause trouble for most folks. Still, if you have kidney issues or drink noni regularly, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
