Prestalia pairs two blood pressure lowering medicines: perindopril (an ACE inhibitor) and amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker). Together they relax your blood vessels and bring your numbers down. The concern here is simple to picture. Some early research hints that noni juice may also nudge blood pressure lower on its own. Stack that gentle effect on top of an already effective combo, and your pressure could dip more than expected.

If that happens, you might notice dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint when you stand up, or unusual tiredness. To be fair, this is based on weak, mostly anecdotal evidence, so it is not a strong or certain interaction. Still, if you want to try noni, check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your readings.

Theoretically, combining noni and ACE inhibitors might increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
Noni juice contains significant amounts of potassium, about 6 mEq/100 mL juice. This may increase the risk for hyperkalemia when used in conjunction with ACE inhibitors, which can also increase potassium levels.

Prestalia pairs perindopril (an ACE inhibitor) with amlodipine to lower blood pressure. Here's the part that matters with noni: ACE inhibitors like perindopril already nudge your potassium levels up a bit. Noni juice happens to be fairly rich in potassium too, so drinking a lot of it on top of perindopril could push potassium higher than you'd want.

To be honest, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on weak, anecdotal reports, not strong studies. For most people an occasional glass won't be a problem. But if you have kidney trouble or take other things that raise potassium, watch for signs like muscle weakness, tingling, or an odd heartbeat, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before making noni a daily habit.
