Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS
Why this applies to Indapamide
Indapamide falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Octopamine interacts with.
Some antihypertensive drugs include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), diltiazem (Cardizem), Amlodipine (Norvasc), hydrochlorothiazide (HydroDiuril), furosemide (Lasix), and many others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to keep in mind with indapamide: it's a water pill that lowers your blood pressure by helping your body shed extra salt and fluid. Octopamine is a stimulant-like compound (often from bitter orange) that's chemically cousin to adrenaline, and in people it has actually been shown to raise blood pressure at higher supplement doses.
So the worry is that octopamine could push against what your indapamide is doing, making your blood pressure harder to control. The flip side is also possible: some research hints it could add to a drop, leaving you dizzy or lightheaded. The evidence here is fairly weak and a bit mixed, so don't panic, but please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Indapamide page
“A water pill like indapamide (Lozol) lowers blood pressure and pulls potassium down, and most of the 215 supplements and herbs on file press on those same levers. Thirteen entries rate major, so this is a list to read with real care rather than skim.”

About Octopamine
What is Octopamine?
- Weight loss and fat burning
- Boosting energy
- Athletic performance
- Appetite suppression
Octopamine is a stimulant-like compound found in small amounts in some plants (such as bitter orange) and made naturally in the body. It is marketed mostly in weight-loss and sports supplements, but human evidence that it actually helps with fat loss or performance is very limited. Because it can affect the heart and blood pressure and is banned in some sports, talk to a pharmacist or doctor before using it.
About Indapamide
What Is Indapamide Used For?
Brand names: Lozol, Lozide
Indapamide tablets are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), either on their own or together with other blood pressure medications. Lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of related complications.
Indapamide tablets are also used to treat salt and fluid retention (edema) associated with congestive heart failure. In certain cases, indapamide may also be appropriate during pregnancy when swelling is caused by a medical condition rather than normal pregnancy changes — but routine use in otherwise healthy pregnant women is not recommended.

Indapamide Is Linked to Lower Levels of 8 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Indapamide as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Octopamine — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
