Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir
Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Passion Flower interacts with.
In vitro research suggests that passion flower can induce CYP3A4 enzymes, albeit to a much lower degree than rifampin, a known CYP3A4 inducer.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the short version: parts of Vosevi (especially velpatasvir and voxilaprevir) are handled by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Passion flower might gently speed that enzyme up. If that happened, your body could clear these medicines a little faster, which in theory means slightly lower levels and a small worry about your hepatitis C treatment not working as well as it should.
Now the reassuring part. This concern comes only from lab (test tube) studies, not from people, and any effect looked far weaker than known strong inducers. So it's theoretical and rated minor. Still, since you've worked hard to clear hepatitis C, I wouldn't add passion flower on your own. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first so nothing undercuts your cure.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir page
“Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir) cures hepatitis C over a single short course, and that is exactly why I would be genuinely careful with supplements while taking it. Anything that drags its blood levels down can cost you the cure itself.”
