These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Rauwolscine interacts with whole categories of medication. Aspirin, Caffeine falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Rauwolscine in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
1 of 2Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to keep in mind with Anacin (which is aspirin plus caffeine): the aspirin part already thins your blood a bit by making your platelets less sticky. Rauwolscine, a close cousin of yohimbine, may do something similar based on lab studies. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or have a harder time stopping minor bleeding, like a nosebleed or a small cut.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It's only theoretical, coming from test-tube research on yohimbine, not real patients. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but if you bruise easily, take a daily aspirin, or notice anything unusual, have a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

STIMULANT DRUGS
2 of 2Aspirin, Caffeine also falls under STIMULANT DRUGS.
Rauwolscine has demonstrated stimulant effects in animal research.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The product you're asking about (Anacin) combines aspirin with caffeine, and caffeine is the part that matters here. Caffeine is itself a stimulant, and rauwolscine also acts as a stimulant by boosting your body's natural norepinephrine. Stacking two stimulants together can add up, so you might feel more jittery, anxious, or wired, with a faster heartbeat or a bump in blood pressure.
I'll be honest with you though: this concern is largely theoretical and based on animal research, not solid human studies, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The aspirin piece isn't really involved. Still, if you have any heart issues, high blood pressure, or anxiety, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”
