Troxyca ER combines oxycodone, a strong opioid painkiller, with naltrexone that's built in to discourage misuse. The oxycodone part is what acts on your brain and can cause drowsiness, slowed breathing, low blood pressure, and a foggy or dizzy feeling. Rhodiola is usually thought of as an energizing herb, so this pairing isn't an obvious concern.

That said, the worry here is theoretical and rests on weak, anecdotal reports. A few cases in Poland linked rhodiola with extra sedation, jerky muscle movements, low blood pressure, and even hallucinations when mixed with sedating medicines. So in theory it could add to the sleepiness or lightheadedness from your oxycodone. The evidence is thin, but it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
