Vicoprofen is a combo of hydrocodone (an opioid pain reliever) and ibuprofen (an NSAID). The piece that matters here is the ibuprofen. On its own, ibuprofen can already irritate the stomach lining and make you bleed or bruise a little more easily. Saw palmetto has been reported to prolong bleeding time, so pairing the two could, in theory, add up to a slightly higher bleeding risk.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes mostly from anecdotal reports, not solid studies, so for most people it is a minor concern. Still, watch for warning signs like black or tarry stools, unusual bruising, stomach pain, or any bleeding that won't stop. If you take both regularly, give your pharmacist or doctor a quick heads-up so they can keep an eye on things.
