The product you're asking about (sold as Combunox) combines ibuprofen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, with oxycodone, an opioid. The piece that matters here is the ibuprofen. Like other NSAIDs, ibuprofen already thins the blood a little and can irritate the stomach lining, which raises the chance of bleeding, especially in the gut.

Saw palmetto has been reported to lengthen bleeding time, so on paper, pairing the two could add up to easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding. That said, this is based mostly on scattered, anecdotal reports rather than solid studies, so the real-world risk for most people is probably small. If you take them together often, or you notice unusual bruising or dark stools, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
