Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Lasmiditan Succinate
Lasmiditan Succinate falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Spearmint interacts with.
Animal research suggests that (-)-carvone, a major constituent of spearmint, has sedative effects. However, in humans, chewing spearmint-flavored gum induced arousal effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the short version: Reyvow (lasmiditan) already tends to make people drowsy and a little dizzy, and it can slow your reaction time, which is why you're told not to drive for at least eight hours after a dose. Spearmint is on file as a possible add-on to that sleepiness, since one of its plant compounds (carvone) showed sedative effects in animal studies.
That said, this is a theoretical concern only. In people, spearmint hasn't reliably caused drowsiness, and chewing spearmint gum actually seemed to make folks more alert. Food and tea amounts shouldn't be an issue. If you take concentrated spearmint supplements and notice extra grogginess with your migraine medicine, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Lasmiditan Succinate page
“Sedation is the thread running through most of this page. Lasmiditan (Reyvow) treats migraine attacks and is drowsy-making enough that patients are told not to drive for eight hours after a dose, so the many supplements here with sedative pull of their own deserve genuine wariness; kava and even a beer or glass of wine carry major rati…”
