Consensi combines two medicines: amlodipine (a blood pressure pill) and celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory). The celecoxib part is cleared from your body mainly by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. Lab studies hint that Terminalia arjuna may slow that enzyme down, which could let celecoxib build up a bit higher than usual. If that happens, you might notice more of celecoxib's typical effects, like stomach upset, fluid retention, higher blood pressure, or in rare cases kidney strain.

I want to be honest with you: this is based only on test-tube research, not real people, so it's theoretical and may never cause a problem at all. Still, since you're taking a heart-related supplement alongside a blood pressure and pain combo, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
