Aspirin, Meprobamate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

The product you're asking about (sold as Micrainin) combines aspirin with meprobamate, a muscle relaxant. The piece that matters here is the aspirin part. Aspirin already makes your platelets less sticky, which is exactly how it helps prevent clots, but it also raises bleeding risk on its own.

In lab studies, Terminalia arjuna also appears to make platelets less likely to clump together. So in theory, stacking it on top of aspirin could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. Realistically that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. Keep in mind this is based on test-tube research, not human trials, so it's a possible concern rather than a proven one. Before combining them, please check with your pharmacist or doctor.
