Urokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

Urokinase is a powerful clot-busting medicine (a thrombolytic) given in the hospital to break down dangerous blood clots, like those in the lungs or blood vessels. Because it works so strongly on your clotting system, bleeding is already its main risk.

Here's the concern with Terminalia: lab and animal studies hint that Terminalia arjuna may slow down platelets, the tiny cells that help your blood clot. If that effect carries over to people, stacking it on top of Urokinase could tip the scales toward more bleeding, things like bruising, bleeding gums, or harder-to-stop bleeding. Keep in mind this is theoretical and based on weak evidence, not human trials. Since Urokinase is given in emergency settings, always tell your care team about any supplements you take.
