Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under ANTICONVULSANTS — the group Thuja interacts with.

Thuja products can contain thujone, which might lower the seizure threshold. Theoretically, this could decrease the effectiveness of anticonvulsants drugs.

Here's the concern with combining Thuja and your Bellophen-type product. The phenobarbital in it is a barbiturate that works by calming overactive nerve signals and raising your seizure threshold, which is part of why it's used to control seizures. Thuja's oil and leaf contain a compound called thujone, which in higher amounts may push the seizure threshold in the opposite direction. In theory, that could chip away at how well the phenobarbital protects you.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is based on anecdotal reports and lab thinking, not strong human studies, so it's more a caution than a proven problem. Still, since seizure control matters a lot, please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before adding Thuja. Don't change your medication on your own.
