Here's a quick heads-up about pairing tree turmeric with acepromazine. Acepromazine is a sedative most often given to pets (dogs, cats, horses) to calm them down or before procedures, and it can cause drowsiness, low blood pressure, and a wobbly, slowed-down state. Tree turmeric's main compound, berberine, has shown its own mild sedative effects in animal studies. So in theory, using the two together could add up, leaving an animal (or a person) more sedated or sluggish than expected.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it comes only from lab and animal research, so it's theoretical, not proven in people. Still, before combining them, please check with your prescribing veterinarian or pharmacist so they can guide you safely.
