Here's the short version: this product (Micrainin) pairs aspirin with meprobamate, a muscle relaxer. The piece that matters here is the aspirin, because it already thins your blood a bit and makes platelets less sticky. Tree turmeric's main ingredient, berberine, may do something similar. Stacked together, the theory is they could add up and raise your chance of bleeding or bruising.

I'll be honest with you: this concern comes from lab and animal studies, not real human cases, so the evidence is on the weaker side. Still, watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset. Before you add tree turmeric, run it past your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you take aspirin daily.
