Rescinnamine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, taking tree turmeric along with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research suggests that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can have hypotensive effects. Also, a meta-analysis of clinical research suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine (Norvasc) can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with taking amlodipine alone.

Rescinnamine (Moderil) is an older blood pressure medicine that works by lowering the activity of certain nerve signals, which relaxes your vessels and brings your numbers down. Tree turmeric, through its active compound berberine, may gently nudge blood pressure lower too. Put them together and those effects can stack up, so your pressure could drop more than expected.

In real life that might show up as dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, tiredness, or feeling faint. Keep in mind this caution comes mostly from animal and lab research, plus one human study using a different drug, so it is more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. Still, it is worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding tree turmeric, especially if your pressure already runs low.
