What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Friendly Force The Ultimate Probiotic against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Friendly Force The Ultimate Probiotic by HealthForce
Four independent checks of what is known — a summary of the available information, not a grade of the product itself.
By FDA rules, dietary supplements can’t claim to treat, cure, or prevent disease — so labels speak in careful marketing language. We discern each product’s intended use from its name, label claims, and label statements, then grade the clinical evidence for that use. How these ratings are computed
The stated purpose hasn't been mapped to our evidence data yet.
Why this rating?
- We haven't mapped this product's purpose to our evidence data yet — it'll be graded on the next content refresh.
Most active ingredients don't disclose an individual amount — you can't tell how much of each you're getting.
Why this rating?
- The label discloses an exact amount for 0 of its 11 active ingredients.
- “Probiotic Synergists” is listed as a grouped ingredient — the label gives one combined amount (1,202.80 mg) without saying how much of each component you get.
- “Probiotic Protection” is listed as a grouped ingredient — the label gives one combined amount (476 mg) without saying how much of each component you get.
- “Energetics” is listed as a grouped ingredient — the label gives one combined amount (0.40 mg) without saying how much of each component you get.
The most serious documented interaction for these ingredients is Moderate. Check your medications for a personalized result.
Why this rating?
- 5 of the 6 matched ingredients can interact with medications — Burdock, Fucus Vesiculosus, Marshmallow, Lactobacillus Delbrueckii, Shilajit.
- The most serious interaction on file is rated Moderate.
- Some involve high-stakes drug classes: anticoagulant / antiplatelet drugs; diabetes medications; lithium.
- For scale: 2,195 individual medications appear in the full list. A big number alone doesn't make a product dangerous — what matters is whether YOUR medication is on it, so run yours through the interaction checker on this page.
Adverse-effect, pregnancy, and general safety data are on file for most of these ingredients.
Why this rating?
- We hold adverse-effect (side-effect) data for 5 of the 6 matched ingredients.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding safety ratings cover 6 of 6.
- General safety write-ups exist for 6 of 6.
- Remember: this measures how much safety information exists. Thin data is not the same as being safe.
HelloPharmacist summaryFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Assessment coverage: 6 of 11 active ingredients matched to our full ingredient reviews (monographs). Based on the product label dated Oct 25, 2013.
This Scorecard evaluates available label information, ingredient evidence, and known medication-safety considerations. It does not independently verify product identity, purity, potency, contamination, or manufacturing quality. How these ratings are computed

"Hype is nothing. Substance is everything. Health is important, and too many things usually get in the way of people actually taking an authentically powerful product. Loyalties can be divided. I want to make it clear where mine lies. My loyalty is to those who want to thrive, and those whose life situation required them to thrive. My loyalty is to the end user. My loyalty is to you. In my life now, and one day when I look back upon my life, that will always have value to me incomparable to any amount of money, investors, or fame" - Dr. Jameth Sheridan (Naturopath, Dr. of Holistic Medicine, Herbal Medicine Researcher)

For each ingredient in Friendly Force The Ultimate Probiotic with known interactions, here are the types of medications they can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Probiotics
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking antibiotic drugs with certain probiotics might decrease the effectiveness of probiotics.
Many probiotics are bacteria. Since these preparations usually contain live and active organisms, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of sensitive organisms. Human research shows that taking probiotic concurrently with antibiotic treatment does not affect the diversity of the gut microbiome compared with antibiotic treatment in the absence of probiotics. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and these preparations by at least two hours.
Antifungals
Theoretically, taking antifungals with certain probiotics might decrease the effectiveness of probiotics.
Some probiotics such as Saccharomyces boulardii are fungi. Therefore, simultaneously taking antifungals might kill a significant number of these organisms.
Probiotic Synergists
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking Lactobacillus acidophilus with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of L. acidophilus.
L. acidophilus preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. acidophilus preparations by at least two hours.
Shilajit
Antidiabetes Drugs
Taking shilajit with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Most human and animal research shows that shilajit can decrease fasting plasma glucose levels. In an animal model, shilajit 100 mg per kg daily enhanced the glucose-lowering ability of both glibenclamide and metformin when given in combination over a 4 week period. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary.
