Short-term use of 7-Keto DHEA appears generally tolerated in small studies, but long-term safety isn't well established. Bulbine natalensis has limited human safety data; animal research suggests possible liver and kidney toxicity at higher doses, and street-market samples have shown concerning levels of aluminum and iron that could cause stomach problems or neurological effects.

S-3,5-Diiodo-L-Thyronine is a thyroid-active compound with limited human data and possible effects on your heart and thyroid. A few people in trials reported nausea or vertigo with 7-Keto DHEA, and one case report described changes in blood cell levels.

Both Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione and Bulbine natalensis carry warnings against pregnancy and breastfeeding due to hormone effects or lack of safety data.

Theoretically, combining Bulbine natalensis leaf with drugs that have anticoagulant or antiplatelet activity might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis ground leaf extract inhibits platelet aggregation.
