Atropine, morphine sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Ayahuasca interacts with.

Theoretically, ayahuasca might increase plasma concentrations of CYP2D6 substrates.
Ayahuasca contains beta-carboline alkaloids, including harmine and harmaline. In vitro research suggests that the beta-carboline alkaloids might inhibit CYP2D6 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the simple version. Ayahuasca contains compounds (harmine and harmaline) that may slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. The concern on file is that this could let drugs cleared by that enzyme build up a bit. For your morphine, this matters in a slightly different way. Morphine itself is active, but CYP2D6 also helps turn part of it into a stronger byproduct, so the real-world effect here is hard to predict. If anything tilts toward more morphine effect, you might notice extra drowsiness, slowed breathing, constipation, or nausea.

Honestly though, this is theoretical. It comes from lab studies, not from people, so it hasn't been proven in humans. The bigger issue is that ayahuasca is a strong MAOI and mixing it with opioids can be genuinely dangerous. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining these.
